Welcome to Rotterdam,
located in the South Holland province of the Netherlands, and with a population of over 500,000 people making up the greater metropolitan area it is the country's second largest municipality. It's history as a city dates back to 1340, when it was granted city rights by Willem the Fourth of Holland.
